Fitness has evolved, outdoor training in demand, says trainer
“Do something that you love, just be regular with it to ensure results,” added Shikhare, who believes that hard work, discipline and proper diet can get you the body you desire without harming you. For him, a good diet is more about eating the right food at the right time. “One should have small meals after regular intervals of two-and-half hours to three hours, cut down junk, spicy and oily food. Cut down on carbohydrates in the evening, include fruits in your diet and drink lot of water,” he said. While the duration of workout completely depends upon what are you training in and for, Shikhare suggests minimum of 45 minutes intense training for both men and women. It is also important to know your heart rate zone before working out.

But they are making a splash now. Hollywood has a little something to do with it. Stars like Aniston, Biel and Penelope Cruz have recently been seen immersed in the kettle craze. Plus, who wouldn’t want to get a 60-minute workout for 30 minutes work? “And you will build muscle, not just crazy muscle,” said Wilson, referring to those muscle-bound men many people associate with iron.
